Reminder on Renewal Dates

For many suppliers on Procurant, your first annual renewal is approaching on July 15. With that in mind, it might help to review the way Procurant sets renewal periods and dates.

All subscriptions on Procurant correspond to one of four renewal dates, aligned with the calendar quarter in which your account was first activated:

• January 15
• April 15
• July 15
• October 15

By default your organization is assigned to one of these four annual renewal dates, but you have the option to change the period of your renewal upon request. Just let us know if a different period is better for your organization and we can work to adjust going forward.
