Renewing Your Annual Procurant Subscription

by Kevin Brooks, on 6/16/22 3:09 PM

We're coming up on a year since we started processing orders for Albertsons and MDI. For many of you, that means you are also approaching your first annual subscription renewal with Procurant.

Procurant groups all subscriptions into one of four quarterly periods. For example, if you started on Procurant between July and September you are considered a "Q3" renewal. Most of you are in this group.

Our approach is to notify all customers by email starting 60 days out from your renewal period. We then try to over-communicate and provide increasing levels of detail about your subscription, any outstanding issues and what you can expect in terms of costs. Invoices then start going out — again by email — approximately 30 days in advance of your renewal date.

PROCURANT-LOGOPROCURANT-LOGO-1A helpful new feature in the SIC is the ability to review your account and subscription information directly on the Account Summary page.

We understand that this year in particular you might have many changes to your account, and our team is happy to help. Ultimately, we want you successful in your partnership with your buyers! To notify us, email is typically the best option. Either contact support directly (support@procurant.com), or send us a general question or comment at info@procurant.com.

Thanks, and from all of us at Procurant, thank you for your business!

What's the Hubbub?

Welcome to the Procurant Supplier Hubbub, a blog and discussion forum for suppliers using the Procurant One platform. A "Hubbub" is an old term for a busy, noisy situation, which seemed appropriate for these times.

Over time we will post news, tips and product-specific information on this site. Our intent is to build a community where you can also learn, contribute, share your questions and perspectives, and generally add to the overall "hubbub" around this space.

Thanks, and let the Hubbub begin!
