Where are my PO's?

by Matthew Guseman, on 11/8/21 8:31 AM

Hi Everyone. Sometimes, when viewing Purchase Orders, the PO's we are looking for may matt-CircleCropnot be present in our Order List View even though you know the date range is correct. What can be the cause of this? The default view that is displayed is based on the created date of the PO. However, what if you need to search PO's by Delivery or Ship Date? Listed below are the steps necessary to create a custom view and set a different date filter type precisely!

The supplier will need to create a custom view and select the needed Date Type they would like to use

  1. Sign in to Procurant One (login.procurant.com).
  2. Select the Supplier application.
  3. Select the Orders module from the module's column on the left side of the screen

What's the Hubbub?

Welcome to the Procurant Supplier Hubbub, a blog and discussion forum for suppliers using the Procurant One platform. A "Hubbub" is an old term for a busy, noisy situation, which seemed appropriate for these times.

Over time we will post news, tips and product-specific information on this site. Our intent is to build a community where you can also learn, contribute, share your questions and perspectives, and generally add to the overall "hubbub" around this space.

Thanks, and let the Hubbub begin!
