The Costco ASN Mandate

If you are a supplier to Costco, the time has come for execution. They recently announced requirements related to Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) and Label Order management in the United States and Canada. Costco is requesting commitment to this initiative by or before March 15, 2024. The deadline for fully implementing the new documents is June 3, 2024! There’s no time to waste!

The ASN is also known as the 856 EDI feed, a workhorse delivering operation efficiency for shipments worldwide. It creates advance visibility and facilitates better preparedness across organizations. In addition, it can also deliver traceability data across companies.
