Huddle Survey Results

We've been holding weekly online gatherings — Huddles — every Friday for a while now. Hopefully some of you have been able to join us. We launched a survey a few weeks back to get your opinions about these Huddles and to help us determine how to evolve them now that most of you are already up and running on Procurant.

Here are a few highlights of the survey, which we also covered in last week's Huddle (available for replay by clicking here).

• 70 percent of you feel we should continue holding the Huddles
• 45 percent of you feel we should hold Huddles a few times a month, while 30 percent feel we should continue with weekly sessions
• Friday remains the most popular day to host the sessions (45 percent), with Thursday a close second (40 percent)
• Split opinions on the best time for Huddles, tied between mid-late morning (45 percent) and early afternoon (45 percent)

We also had some great suggestions for future topics, including:

• Invoicing
• Confirming and shipping orders
• Handling buyer-initiated revisions to orders
• Printing
• Highlights of future updates
