Check your account details any time with the Procurant Customer Profile

If you've ever emailed us to ask which address we have on file, or to check whether an invoice went out, there's now a faster way.

The Procurant Customer Profile is a single page showing your company's account details, and it's live now for billing contacts.

What's on it

Your account details — company name, Procurant Account ID, phone and website.

Billing and shipping addresses — and you can update these yourself. No need to email us and wait for someone to make the change.

Primary contacts — everyone on your account, with their role, title, email and phone. A quick way to check we have the right people listed.

Invoices — the last 18 months, with invoice number, name, date, status and total.

Support cases — anything open or recently closed, plus a button to raise a new one without leaving the page.

How to get in

You should already have an email. Billing contacts on active accounts have been sent a message from Procurant Customer Profile with a link to set a password. Once that's done, you're in.

Didn't get it? Check your spam folder first — it comes from info@procurant.com. If it's genuinely not there, go to procurant.my.site.com/customers and use Forgot Your Password?. Enter the email address we have on file for you and a fresh link will arrive.

Need access for someone else? Email support@procurant.com and tell us who should have it. We'll set them up.

A note on invoices

Some companies have their invoices processed by a parent company rather than under their own account. If that's true for you, the Profile will say so and point you in the right direction, rather than showing you an empty list.
