Today was a great day for Albertsons and their produce and floral partners. After months of hard work, the first orders began processing through the Procurant platform this morning.
Much more to come on this, but here are a few points for consideration:
- As was announced earlier, orders were placed for the first three Albertsons facilities: Auburn, Spokane and Anchorage.
- Things are progressing as planned.
- Many suppliers should have received their first orders for these facilities.
- We are also seeing suppliers reviewing and acknowledging orders through the platform.
- We anticipate more orders getting placed through the Procurant platform in the next few days.
While this is a great start, we know there is still more work to do and we look forward to working with all of you as we complete this transition.
