This page contains the estimated annual subscription fee for your organization based upon the information provided to date. Prices are effective January 1, 2024.

Please note that this is an estimate for a standard account using the web portal to receive and process orders. It is not an estimate for complex integrated accounts using EDI or other methods to connect.

Procurant will provide your organization with a formal quote once your retailer has confirmed your status as a supplier and validated that they are prepared to send and receive orders over the Procurant network.

There is no cost to register your account on Procurant, nor to get set up to receive POs and fulfill orders. Invoicing will occur only upon acceptance of the formal quote and validation that you and your retail buyer are ready to transact.

How is the pricing calculated?
Pricing is calculated based on estimated annual sales volume with your customers using Procurant. For renewing suppliers, Procurant uses trailing 12 months of sales going through Procurant to calculate their subscription cost for the upcoming 12-month subscription period.
What if I sell more than estimated?

If your actual sales volume exceeds your estimated sales by more than 10% within the first 9 months of your subscription term, then Procurant will issue you a supplemental bill to reflect the additional transaction volumes supported using the Procurant system.

What if I sell less than estimated?
Adjustments to subscription levels typically happen during the renewal period. Annual subscriptions are paid in advance, and are not refundable. However, significant unanticipated changes in sales volume due to loss of business or termination of a trading partner contract are considered on a case-by-case basis.
