Warning: Phishing Emails Targeting Procurant Suppliers

Written by Kevin Brooks | 6/18/26 7:34 PM

If you've recently received an email claiming to be from "Procurant USA LLC" with the subject line "Outstanding Payments," please stop — don't open it, don't click any links, and don't engage with it in any way. It's a phishing attempt, and we want to make sure all of our suppliers are aware.

What's Going On?

A number of suppliers have reached out this week to alert us to a fraudulent email currently circulating, impersonating Procurant. The message claims to come from "Procurant USA LLC" but originates from a Gmail address — a clear sign that it is not legitimate. Procurant does not use Gmail or any non-official email channel for communications.

How to Spot a Legitimate Procurant Email

It's important to know where genuine Procurant communications come from, so you can quickly identify anything suspicious. All official communications come from procurant.com with the exception of invoices, which are sent via an intuit.com domain. We will never reach out via Gmail or any other non-official email channel.

What Should You Do?

If you receive any email that does not come from an official Procurant address, please do not open it, click any links, or engage with it in any way. Delete it immediately.

If you're unsure about a communication you've received, or if you've already clicked a link in one of these suspicious emails, please reach out to our support team right away at support@procurant.com. We're here to help.

Stay Vigilant

Phishing attacks are unfortunately becoming increasingly common, and scammers are getting more sophisticated in how they impersonate trusted brands. The best defense is awareness. When in doubt, always verify the sender's email address before clicking any links or taking any action.

We appreciate your continued partnership and take the security of our supplier community seriously. Thank you for staying alert.
