The Procurant team has been focused and heads-down with the onboarding process these past few months. It is rewarding work, but it wouldn't be possible without a strong partnership with all of the suppliers working hard to set up their accounts and learn a new system — all while running their businesses during a very busy time of year.
We’ve worked with a terrific group of people from all over the U.S., Canada and even Central and South America, and with companies of all sizes. Without your patience and support we would not have been able to get it all done in time. Some of you were able to get on with it and complete all the steps without any help from us at all. Others needed a little support, and that’s what we’re here for.
We knew up front that there would be some concerns. None of you were sitting around waiting for another project to land on your desk, and yet this one did. We appreciate the enthusiasm and support we’ve received and the great feedback on the process and the software. I know many of you are delighted to be moving to Procurant’s fresh new highly functional platform.
