Fully setting up your account to begin processing orders can seem overwhelming at first glance but with just a few pointers you will quickly be on your way to success.

Start with watching one of the recorded webinars for getting started with Procurant. These webinars go over the exact steps needed to get your account setup and ready to go.

The Procurant support team is always on standby and ready to answer any questions you may have about the setup process and what is to come after.

We have 3 main methods in which you can request assistance.

  1. Call our direct support line at 1-800-458-6896
  2. Email and have a support ticket opened by sending to onboarding@procurant.com
  3. Use the chat feature within the Supplier Information Center -- that little button down on the lower right side of the page.
