Catalog Access

The new Procurant release allows the Catalog menu option to be enabled for any user within the company. The Catalog feature will no longer be restricted to company administrators.

Users can be assigned permissions to view and manage the Catalog. Once permissions are enabled by an administrator, the Catalog link will be displayed as a new menu option within the supplier app. Supplier users with catalog permissions will be able to view their product catalog, search for products, add/update products, upload products, etc.

Catalog Permission Setup:
Admin users can enable the Catalog module and assign catalog permission to other users within the company using the user modules and permissions screen.
